Club Privacy Policy

PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT

When you join this Club, you will be asked for your name, address and phone/email details.
This information will be recorded by the Club and used in the following ways:

1. The Club keeps a register of its members, so that it can communicate with them about Club business.

2. The Editor of the TTL newsletter will use the information to send you TTL.

3. Your first name, surname, initial and phone number may be printed on the program or otherwise released to other members, to enable members to communicate with each other. 

4. The Club sends the information to the West Australian Photographic Federation Inc (of which the Club is a member) so that WAPF can communicate with you about photography matters. That communication will usually take the form of the WAPF newsletter, “Reflex”.

5. The Club will release to any member who requests it for legitimate reasons, the information about any other member.

6. The club may upload to club websites images produced by you in club competitions for judging or for viewing by club members.  These web sites may be viewed by members of the public. 

The Club will not otherwise use the information without your consent, and will endeavour to safeguard the security of the information.  By joining the Club, you will be taken to have consented to the above policy.
